What is an Adult Signature Requirement (ASR)?
- ASR is an important part of Zynboost’s shipping policy and ensures responsible deliveries within the states where it is required.
- A recipient who is 21 years of age or older must be present at the delivery address.
- A valid ID that verifies age must be presented.
- A signature is required upon package delivery.
- At checkout, you will be notified if your order requires an ASR.
- To meet these criteria, please have a valid ID ready for delivery via UPS or FedEx.
When will my order be shipped?
- Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or re-ship an order if the address is incorrect after the order has been dispatched. Please double-check your address before placing your order to avoid delays or delivery failures. If you discover an error during the order processing, please contact us via email.
